Bringing everyday work into a shared system
A paper- and email-based process became a shared system for tracked work, follow-up, invoicing, and records.
The starting point
The business relied on paper and email to keep work moving. Customer emails and quotes were stored on one person's computer, so colleagues had to ask for files to be retrieved and shared.
My contribution
I introduced and configured monday.com, defined workflows, and built automations connecting email activity with tracked work. I also automated parts of invoicing and helped organize payment records and supporting paper trails.
What changed
The business gained structured ways to track work and connect incoming information to follow-up tasks. Parts of the process could move through defined workflows rather than relying entirely on paper and memory.
